Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your item for any reason, or if it is faulty, please follow the returns procedure below.

Returns Procedure

In the first instance please call us on 0844 357 7961 or email us on activelyeco@fsmail.net to let us know that you intend to return an item and to receive a Return Code from us. Please quote your original order ID number in all communication with us.

Once you have your Return Code simply write it down on a piece of paper and place it inside the box as well as writing it on the outside of the box, there is no need to include any other paper work.

Once this is done return your order to us with packaging / accessories and in an "as new" condition to the address below:

You may be required to send your item back by Recorded Delivery, we will agree this with you when you contact us to arrange your return.

Please note that if you send an item back without contacting us first to obtain a Return Code your return process may be delayed by up to 30 working days.

Return postage costs are not covered by Actively Eco unless an incorrect or faulty item is delivered. If your item is faulty we will ask you to cover the cost of sending it back to us, but this will be refunded to you.
